We’re excited to bring our newest location to life late in 2026, and we’re thrilled you’re interested in joining our vendor community.

Application Process: Applications will open in June. Submissions will be reviewed in the order they were received. Our team will begin calling applicants starting in July to discuss next steps and available space options.

About the Space: We’re currently under construction, transforming 50,000 square feet into a vibrant shopping destination featuring:

• 300 Booths ranging in size from 8x10 to 14x12

• A dedicated Showcase City area with 260 locked showcases, each measuring 3 ft wide, 6 ft tall, and 1.6 ft deep

Vendor Rates & Details:

• Booth Rental Rate: $2.90 per square foot

• Showcase Rental Rate: $85 per month

• Commission on Sales: 12%

• Space Deposit: $100 (applied to your first month’s rent)
