Application Process:Applications will open in October. Submissions will be reviewed in the order they were received. Our team will begin calling applicants starting in November to discuss next steps and available space options.
About the Space:We’re currently under construction, transforming 45,000 square feet into a vibrant shopping destination featuring:
300 Booths ranging in size from 8x10 to 14x10
A dedicated Showcase City area with 116 locked showcases, each measuring 3 ft wide, 6 ft tall, and 1.6 ft deep
Vendor Rates & Details:
Booth Rental Rate: $4.50 per square foot
Showcase Rental Rate: $110 per month
Commission on Sales: 12%
Space Deposit: $100 (applied to your first month’s rent)
