✅ You’ve Applied – What Happens Next?

First off—thank you! We’re so excited you’re interested in becoming a vendor at America’s Antique Mall Louisville, opening Spring 2026. You've taken the first step toward turning your love for vintage, décor, collectibles, and creativity into something wonderful.

Here’s what to expect next so you feel confident and ready!

You’ve done this part—yay! 🎉
If you haven’t yet, be sure to send in your application with all the basics. The more details the better!

While you wait to speak with our manager, take a moment to think through:

  • What types of items will you be selling? (Vintage, furniture, décor, smalls, collectibles, handmade, etc.)

  • How much space would you like?
    ▫️ Booth? ▫️ A couple booths? ▫️ Showcase? ▫️ Combo?

 

Tip: We’ll also ask for 2–5 photos of your products or past booth setups so we can see your style.

  • Well-curated vintage, antique, collectible items

  • Unique finds that bring beauty, charm, or function to a home

  • Eye-catching displays and vendors who love the creative process!

👍 What We’re Looking For:

  • Plastic or metal wire shelving

  • Folding tables

  • Modern appliances

  • Alcohol, tobacco, or drug-related items (We can have vintage signs)

  • No bulk resale, liquidation merchandise or surplus inventory

🚫 What We Can’t Accept:

Once we’ve reviewed your application, one of our store managers will give you a call. During this friendly chat, we’ll:

  • Go over booth availability

  • Answer your questions

  • Talk about what you’ll be selling

  • Send your month-to-month lease via DocuSign

  • Collect a $100 deposit to reserve your space

Everything’s digital, fast, and easy.

🛠️    Step 4: Plan Your Dream Booth

Once your lease is signed, the fun begins! 🎨
Before we officially open, you'll have time to plan and prep your booth.

We allow (and encourage!) booth build-outs and design enhancements. If you want to paint, add shelving, build a storefront, or create visual height—go for it! Just check with our manager first for approval.
