About the Space:  46,000 square feet of vibrant shopping destination featuring:

• 290 Booths ranging in size from 8x10 to 14x10

• A dedicated Showcase City area with 144 locked showcases, each measuring 3 ft wide, 6 ft tall, and 1.6 ft deep

Vendor Rates & Details:

• Booth Rental Rate: $2.75 per square foot

• Showcase Rental Rate: $85 per month

• Commission on Sales: 12%
